We offer a variety of programs, challenges and collections that are designed to keep you motivated no matter what your fitness goal is. You can find all of our programs by going to BROWSE and then selecting a tab at the top.
Our programs and challenges will give you a schedule of classes and prompt you to take your next class. These programs range from 1 day to 5 weeks. Once you've completed all of the classes, you earn a badge (and everyone loves a badge!)
We also offer collections - you can think of these like playlists of classes based off a theme or genre. These can be done sequentially, at your own pace or revisited whenever you're in the mood for a "Slow Burn" or a "Dance Cardio Party"!
