To cancel, you must do so in the same place you originally subscribed (meaning iTunes, Google Play or Web).
If you are cancelling on Android or iPhone, open your NEOU app, go to MORE and then Subscriptions. It will bring you to your phone settings to cancel. We cannot cancel your subscriptions made through iTunes or Google Play.
If you are canceling on neoufitness.com, please click on the menu in the top right (where it says "Hello, [name]") and then go to Account Settings and you can cancel under Subscriptions.
