To cancel, you must do so in the same place you originally subscribed (meaning iTunes, Google Play or Web).
If you are canceling on Android or iPhone, open your NEOU app, go to MY ACCOUNT, Manage Membership and then Manage Your Subscription for instructions. Important note: We cannot cancel your subscriptions made through iTunes or Google Play for you.
If you originally subscribed on neoufitness.com, you need to cancel there as well. Please log in to neoufitness.com and then click on ACCOUNT on the top left then Membership.
