To cancel, you must do so in the same place you originally subscribed (meaning iTunes, Google Play or Web).
If you are cancelling on Android or iPhone, open your NEOU app, go to MY ACCOUNT, Manage Membership and then Manage Your Subscription for instructions. Important note: We cannot cancel your subscriptions made through iTunes or Google Play.
If you are canceling on neoufitness.com, please click on the menu, then MY ACCOUNT, Manage Membership, and then Manage Your Subscription. Then can cancel under Subscriptions.
