If you have already paid for a subscription and the app prompts you to subscribe, please select “restore purchases” on the login page. That should sync your payment from Apple or Google Play to this account.
If this does not work, please email or message us with the following information:
- The email address associated with your NEOU account
- The last four digits of the charged card
- A copy of your receipt showing your subscription purchase
It’s also possible you might be logging on to NEOU with a different email than the one associated with your active NEOU subscription. If you have other email accounts, we suggest trying those to see if this solves the problem. If you still can not log in, please contact us at info@neoufitness.com.
