Updating Your Billing Information
To update your billing information, you will need to do so on the same platform you used to subscribe to NEOU.

If you initially subscribed via our website, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your account on https://neoufitness.com/.
- Click ACCOUNT on the left-hand side.
- Click Membership on the top.
- Select Update Payment Method.
- Enter new payment information and select UPDATE.
APPLE
If you subscribed via Apple, please follow the steps listed here.
