How do I refer a friend?
To refer a friend, you must log in to your NEOU account, go to MY ACCOUNT and click on "Refer a friend". Then, send your referral link to friend(s) using email, SMS, Facebook or Twitter. The referral link is unique to you, and everyone has a unique link that enables us to determine who gets the reward when the reward is available.

What is the referral reward?
The reward is $10 redemption code that can be used towards any items on our NEOU Shop.
Am I eligible to refer a friend?
All current members with active NEOU subscription at the time of referral send is eligible.
How do I know if my friend is eligible for referral?
You can refer anyone, but if your friend(s) has already subscribed in the past or is a current member of NEOU, the friend is not valid for referral. For privacy reasons, we are unable to disclose information of NEOU members, both past and current. To determine if your friend is eligible, please ask your friend(s) if they are a past or current subscriber.
How is the reward awarded?
Once your friend received your referral link, they must click on your link to register and subscribe to NEOU's Annual subscription. The subscription includes 7-day free trial and the first paying day begins 8 days after the initial subscription date. If the friend's subscription plan remains unchanged (for example, not cancelled, not renewed or downgraded to other plans), NEOU will reward the referrer of this friend by email within the next 5 business days.
When do I get my reward?
Once your friend's membership has been charged (after the 7-day trial), you will receive an email within 5 business days.
Why hasn't my reward arrived?
If you believe that you should be rewarded for the referral but hasn't received the email within 14 days after your friend(s) has subscribed to NEOU:

Check your email account's Inbox, Junk or SPAM folders for an email from info@notif.neoufitness.com.

If you have opted out from NEOU emails, requested NEOU to remove your record from all emails or delete your record altogether, we are unable to send you the reward email. Please contact Support to check on the reward status.
- Your friend did not click on your referral link to subscribe to NEOU.

Your friend has canceled their NEOU trial or subscription or did not become a paying member of NEOU. Again, we are unable to discuss your friends status with you directly.
What happens when my friend cancels their subscription?
If the friend cancels or changes their trial or subscription before the reward payout, the reward will not be given.
How long is the reward valid for?
The reward is valid for 12 months after issuance of the reward email.
What if I don't want to redeem my reward on NEOU Shop?
The reward can only be used on NEOU Shop and has no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. They are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold according to the program's Terms and Conditions.
I live outside of the contiguous United States or in foreign country. How do I use the reward?
Unfortunately, NEOU Shop does not ship to non-contiguous states or foreign country at this time. You could redeem your reward on NEOU Shop and have the order shipped to a valid address within the 48 contiguous States. See where NEOU Shop ships here.
